What do you hear when an accordion and a saxophone are on stage together? The typical tango? Perhaps. Or jazz? Who knows. Joel Schmidt (saxophone) inspires Bettina Herzog-Buchmann (accordion) with his knowledge of jazz, she counters with classical influences. Their joint repertoire is constantly growing through original compositions, classical arrangements, improvisation and folk music from all over the world - surprising themselves and the audience.
