Experience the Swiss Alps in an exciting way while feeling the wind in your hair. If the route from Belalp to Blatten on foot is too leisurely for you, we have the perfect solution for you: trottibikes! Here you set your own pace.

The ride on our trottibikes is not only exciting, but also extremely comfortable. Thanks to the suspension and the large tyres with tread, our trottibikes are a real pleasure on both asphalt and gravel roads. The 8-kilometre descent from Belalp to Blatten promises a welcome change from conventional transport.

Would you like to try trottibiking?

No problem! Our scooter bikes can be conveniently hired at the mountain station on the Belalp. The hire price is CHF 10.00 per ride, and a helmet is included in the price. Please note that children between the ages of 7 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate.

Are you planning a group ride?

Prior booking is required for group reservations of 15 or more trottibikes. You can contact us on +41 27 921 65 10 to make your reservation.

During the summer season, you can hire the trottibikes until 17:00 at the latest (last ascent at 16:50). In late summer from 1 September, the rental period is limited to 16:00. Please note that trottibikes are not issued outside the summer season.
