Our baked goods are still produced using traditional methods, which requires a lot of manual labour and expertise.

It is no coincidence that the company has been honoured with the "Knight of Good Bread" award since 1991. Other awards have been added steadily over time.
 
The range is constantly adapted to changing customer needs. There are between 25 and 30 types of bread to choose from every day. Let us surprise you: Breads and speciality breads - including genuine Valais rye bread, which is still made with sourdough.
