As a new point in kulturbärg's repertoire, the Blatten-Belalp cable car will be transformed into a literature-music-cable car at night. A staged trip on the cable car from Blatten to… the Belalp? With a gripping narrative, told by Regula Imboden, accompanied by the sounds of the Dulcimer and drums, played by the "schlagfertig" ensemble. The audience will be elevated into another world with a surprising finale during this trip.

Regula Imboden and “schlagfertig”

Regula Imboden graduated from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Bern, majoring in acting. She speaks German, French and English, and she is fluent in the Valais, Zürcher and Berner dialects. She has narrated radio plays, done voice-overs and acted in national and international film productions. www.regulaimboden.ch

"schlagfertig" started out as a students’ ensemble at the Allgemeine Musikschule Oberwallis. Today, the members teach music themselves and are all professionally, or semi-professionally active on the music scene. They have a particular liking for percussion music in all its forms – from classical to rock. Depending on the project, the ensemble consists of three or more musicians: Beat Jaggy, Yvette Hutter, David Eslig, Martin Venetz, Sebastian Werner…
